Pickup & Delivery

Clients are requested to stay in communication with our team regarding any changes to venue setup, schedule, or location due to weather.

Pickup & Delivery Care:

Should the client elect to pickup flowers and/or rentals for their event and choose not to have the Florist deliver, the Florist will provide an estimate of and recommendation for the space required to safely transport all items, proper care instructions to maintain freshness as adequately as possible, and any instructions necessary to safely install any large floral décor pieces. 

The Florist is not responsible for any damage to or the longevity of live product once any purchased or rented items (i.e., flowers, rentals, and other materials) have left the studio upon pick-up by the client or by any delivery service other than the Florist’s in-house or contracted team. The client is solely responsible for and agrees to carry out the prescribed handling and care of all flowers and rentals, to ensure that they are delivered and set up properly, safely, and in the best condition possible. The client is responsible for any damage that may occur once flowers and rentals have left the Florist’s studio.

If setup, takedown and delivery by us...

Regarding setup and takedown hours, a 18% service fee will be applied if the work completetd within individual two-hour periods. For any period exceeding two hours, an additional $20 per hour service fee will be charged. Our team will make every effort to complete all work within the designated two-hour periods whenever possible. Delivery/ transportation fees will depend on the city within Greater Vancouver area and the distance traveled.

Transportation Fee Structure for the Greater Vancouver Area

The City of Burnaby & New Westminster: 

is calcualted at 9% of the cost of the floral materials.

The City of Richmond & South Vancouver:

is calculated at 12% of the cost of the floral materials.

The City of Vancouver: 

including Downtown Vancouver, Mount Pleasant and the UBC area, is calculated at 15% of the cost of the floral materials.

The North Shore: 

Including the District of North Vancouver and West Vancouver, is calculated at 20% of the cost of the flower materials. 

Tri-Cities: 

including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and the Villages of Anmore and Belcarra, is calculated at 22% of the cost of the flower materials.

Fraser Vally Area: 

including Lanley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Delta and Surrey, is calculated at 25% of the cost of floral materials.
