Booking Policy

Consultations and quotes:

One initial consultation, one event quote, and one final consultation are complimentary. 

Invoice and Contract:

Once our team confirms the arrangements with the client, we will promptly issue the invoice and contract. The invoice is valid for one month from the date of issue. The contract and deposit must both be received by the due date for the order to be considered confirmed. 

50% Deposit:

Half payment of total must be made in cash, by interact or e-transfer, with VISA or Mastercard. Do not that payment by any credit card is subject to a processing fee of 3%. A deposit of 50% of the grand total is required to reserve your event date and prior to any material purchase. The deposit is non-refundable. 

The Final Payment:

The final balance must be paid in full no longer than 30 days before the date of event. Floral design work will not commence until the balance is paid in full.

Wedding Flower Adjustment Policy

Any changes/additions/cancellation made within 1 week before the wedding will be subject to 25% additional charge. This fee covers the extra cost of materials, labour and expedited preparation required to accommodate last-minute adjustments. 

Please note that if certain items can be sourced or replaced, we will try our best to inform you promptly to discuss alternatives; otherwise, they would be cancelled. 

We recommend making any modifications as early as possible to ensure the best results. 

 The adjustment or any additional changes will be posted on final invoice 1 day before the wedding.

Cancellation Policy

In the event, the client cancels the entire services for any reason, including a force majour event, all monies paid is non-refundable. 

Should cancellation occur for any reason 30 calendar days or more before the event date, the client will be eligible for 100% credit of all monies paid, to be used at a future date. 

Should cancellation occur for any reason within 14 days of the event date, the client will be eligible for 75% credit of all monies paid, to be used at a future date. 

Should cancellation occur for any reason 7 calendar days or less before the event date will not be eligible for credit of all monies paid. 

No refunds issued, only credit will be issued above. Should the client postpone the event, the florist, or a representative, will use all reasonable efforts to work with the client to produce the event at a later date, if necessary, subject to the florists’ availability.

Additional fees may be incurred because of a rescheduled event.

Weather Policy

All outdoor floral and decoration arrangements are planned with consideration of potential weather conditions.

In case of rain, strong wind, or extreme weather, we wil work with the client to relocate, cover, or adjust decorations as needed. Clients are responsible for providing access to covered or alternate areas if requested.

We are not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen extreme weather beyond our control. If certain flowers or materials arae damaged by weather, replacements may be subject to additional charges.

Final adjustments to decorations due to weather will be coordinated to ensure the wedding arrangements remain visually beautiful and safe.

Clients are requested to stay in communication with our team regarding any changes to venue setup, schedule, or location due to weather.
